Duncan Palmar EXHIBITION
Duncan Palmar has achieved a number of sell out exhibitions. For several years he has been the commissioned artist of the Automobile Association, painting their award winning hotels. Exhibition planned for this Summer (Sat 10 Sep - Fri 23 Sep). Duncan concentrates primarily on architectural, landscape, seascape, harbour and beach scenes all of which he enjoys painting greatly. He paints in both oil and watercolour tending to apply similar techniques to both mediums, whilst trying to retain the individual charm that each medium incorporates. Most of his watercolours now include texture, granulation, iridescent and gum Arabic mediums as well as paint, enabling Duncan to paint the most realistic effects. |

Brian Jull EXHIBITION
Brian Jull has received great critical acclaim and popularity with his one man exhibitions in Europe where his paintings are collected by several Art Societies and banks. We are pleased to be showing his work in the gallery from Thursday 12th – Sunday 22nd May. Brian’s influences have been broad, his technique evolving from painting photo realism some years past, to the looser impressionist style that he favours now. Although the realism does edge its way back if Brian thinks the subject requires, he tries not to let it dominate the feel of the picture, making sure he leaves something to the imagination. |

| Stroud, Debra
DEBRA STROUD - HORIZONS COLLECTION - "THe central theme of this collection is the sea and the elements that surround it. Its rhythms and its tides, the sky it reflects, the enormity of its oceans, the mystery, the colour, the winds and its great unknown depths. Its about the the feelings and emotions that are stirred within us and the illusion it creates. It is an ever changing entity, constantly moving and forever flowing. I hope that through these paintings you too can share all these feelings." DEBRA STROUD |
