Louisa, Boyd

Louisa studied embroidery at the Manchester Metropolitan University and at the New Designers Show won two prestigious awards -The Paperchaser Future of Design Award and a high commendation from the judges of the New Designer of the Year. She makes use of traditional techniques but executes them in a contemporary manner. Her method of mixing acrylic ink and paint enhances the individual style of her paintings.
