Ordering & Delivery

For many people, buying art online is a new experience and
we want it to be as painless as possible for you.

Ordering and payment

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods and any acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at. It does not denote acceptance of your order as availability of goods needs to be verified. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when ordering. We will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been stated correctly.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed but, in the event that there is a pricing error on the website, we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price. Any orders received will be deemed as offers to buy and not an acceptance of any offer to sell. We will advise you on the availability of the items ordered and any cost of shipping. You may cancel your order without penalty should these costs be unacceptable.

No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail (where applicable) or telephone.
By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit card as detailed at the time of your order. Upon payment, title to the goods will pass to you and we will send you a receipted invoice by post.

Prices

Prices are shown in £UK (Pounds Sterling) and may be subject to change and availability. (VAT sales tax is not charged on orders taken from and delivered outside the European Union.) Postage and packing may be charged as an additional cost. All charges will be confirmed to you prior to your committing to purchase. You are responsible for payment of any local customs and import duties.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 7-14 days for limited editions and may be longer if artwork needs to be framed.
For non-limited edition sculptures, ceramics, pottery, glassware, giftware and poster prints customers should allow up to 45 days for delivery as orders for stock may be placed on a monthly basis. In any instance, we will aim to advise you if there is likely to be any delay.
If you have not received the item(s) within the expected time frame please advise us so that we can attempt to trace the package. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us in adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from late or non-shipment.

Changes to the delivery address after the goods have been despatched are liable to an additional charge.

Returns

Whilst we carefully check everything we sell, sometimes items may be defective in some way and you can rest assured that we will do all we can to rectify any fault.
When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any damage must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will arrange for collection and replacement. If this is not possible, you have the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.

Further, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

Should you decide that you wish to change your mind, you must notify us of your intent within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund the cost of goods as soon as we have received them in perfect condition. The refund is for the cost of goods only and does not cover the initial costs of despatching the goods to you and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You are also responsible for ensuring the goods are insured adequately as we will not be liable for any damage or loss to the goods whilst being returned to us. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that you notify us of your desire to cancel. The return address is:

Art For All, Cancellations Department
Church Square, St Pancras
Chichester
West Sussex
United Kingdom PO19 7LJ

For your protection, we recommend that you use a insured recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us safely and you will be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty).

The right to cancel your order will not apply for goods ordered to your specifications (ie if a piece of art or framing was ordered in specifically for you). In such instances, we are unable to issue a refund but can provide a credit note to use on framing or any art in the gallery. This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.

Please note that we can only process a refund/credit note if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition.
